Ingredienti

  • Pane casereccio toscano a fette - 400gr
  • Cipolline fresche - 4
  • Pomodori maturi - 3
  • Cetrioli - 1
  • Basilico - qb
  • Tonno in scatola - 240gr
  • Acciughe dissalate e diliscate - 3
  • Olio extravergine d'oliva - qb
  • Sale - qb
  • Pepe - qb

Preparazione

  1. In una terrina ricoprire d'acqua le fette di pane e lasciarle inzuppare per ca. 10 minuti. Strizzare con le mani il pane e porlo in una insalatiera.

  2. Pulire le verdure e distribuirle affettate sul pane. Unirvi il tonno sminuzzato, il basilico ed i filetti di acciughe spezzettati.

  3. Condire con abbondante olio extravergine d'oliva, sale, pepe e servire dopo ca. 10 minuti per far si che il pane si insaporisca.
